INDOWYSS

Business systems and networks are not just for big companies.

The Automated Manager provides evidence and options. Daily work, promotion and purchasing connect in one ecosystem. Starting with F&B.

Four advantages. One INDOWYSS ecosystem.

01 / Automated Manager

See the priorities. Weigh the next move.

Where the Manager is heading: a worked decision example

The next Manager capability

Higher revenue does not always mean more money left over.

An example of connecting changes in costs and sales into an alert relevant to the owner.

Development concept. Examples use simulated figures to illustrate a development direction, not customer results or capabilities that are all active today.

02 / Cross Promo

Another shop's customer could be your next customer.

Your promotion appears on receipts from other participating outlets. You choose the benefit, terms and redemption location.

  1. 01Create an offer that fits your business.
  2. 02The network displays the offer on receipts.
  3. 03Customers see where and how to redeem it.

03 / Collective purchasing

Small orders. Shared buying power.

Shops combine their needs to meet a supplier's minimum order. You choose your quantity and approve the offer before joining.

04 / Modern POS

Easier for staff. Clearer for owners.

Sales, payments, receipts, stock, purchases and cash closing stay connected. Open the system in a phone, tablet or computer browser, with no app download.

Foundation & applications

Starting with F&B. Not stopping at F&B.

Recording is not the end goal. Business data is checked, calculated and presented as actions the owner can consider.

  1. 01Recorded work
  2. 02Checked data
  3. 03Calculated figures
  4. 04Readable priorities
  5. 05Owner action
  6. 06Reviewed results

How INDOWYSS OS handles data and decisions

Figures have a source

Calculations use records and stated assumptions, not figures invented by AI narration.

The owner stays in control

A suggestion does not automatically change prices, buy equipment or move money.

Limited data limits the conclusion

The system identifies missing inputs before producing a fuller calculation.

Insight does not come at the expense of privacy

Business data must remain separated. Cross-business patterns require safe aggregation and appropriate permission.

The foundation separates data sources, quality checks, calculations, priority rules, presentation and action auditing. External AI is designed as a bounded explanation aid, not a source of figures or business authority. The current Manager relies extensively on calculations and code-based rules; paid AI and WhatsApp APIs are not required to view these product examples.

How does this foundation apply to showrooms?

F&B businesses and showrooms both need easy work, trustworthy records and evidence-based decisions. Their data, workflows and business calculations differ.

INDOWYSS F&B

Recorded work
Transactions, menus, ingredients, menu costs, purchases and cash closing.
A basis for action
Review stock and pricing, calculate options, run a trial and review results.

INDOWYSS Showroom

Recorded work
Vehicles, acquisition costs, inspections, prospects, sales activity and sales orders.
A basis for action
Prioritise work, complete records and review costs and negotiation headroom.

What carries across industries is the approach and system foundation. Current applications keep their data and operations separate. Cross-business supplier, promotion and referral networks are developed only where relevant and with appropriate permission.

Market & opportunity

The opportunity goes beyond POS software.

Businesses need tools, management support and a basis for decisions. INDOWYSS connects those needs, starting with F&B.

Tools simplify work. The Manager supports decisions. Networks open opportunities.

The opportunity includes software buyers and owners or teams spending time or money on reports, business management and new opportunities.

Who could pay?

Four target segments, with different needs and budgets.

01

Small-business owners doing everything themselves

Daily operational support and business calculations for owners without a management team.

Budget & application
Current budget / way of working
Owner time, manual records, spreadsheets or several separate tools. A regular consultant may be out of reach.
The proposed INDOWYSS value
Simple operations, daily priorities, cost calculations and simulations before adding expenses. The F&B product provides a focused entry point.
02

Businesses already paying for POS, accounting or ERP

Connect workflows, reports and follow-up that currently sit apart.

Budget & application
Current budget / way of working
Software licences, system setup and staff time spent compiling and interpreting reports.
The proposed INDOWYSS value
More connected operations, reports and follow-up, alongside a business network. INDOWYSS may serve as the main system where scope fits; connections to existing tools are assessed per implementation.
03

Owners, managers and people in charge needing decision support

Evidence and option comparisons to support owners, managers or consultants.

Budget & application
Current budget / way of working
Management time and costs, business support or consulting services according to business size and needs.
The proposed INDOWYSS value
Evidence, priorities, option comparisons and reviews help the team work with clearer direction. Managers or consultants still contribute field context and expertise; important decisions retain human approval.
04

Showrooms and businesses with specific workflows

Workflow-specific systems with owner control and relevant analysis.

Budget & application
Current budget / way of working
Internal software development, ERP customisation, implementation, training and maintenance.
The proposed INDOWYSS value
Tools follow actual workflows and connect to an Owner Command Center, with analysis developed from relevant data. Implementation and service are scoped separately from the F&B package.

Two revenue paths.

Per-outlet subscriptions

One F&B subscription covers operations, the Manager and network benefits.

Custom implementation & service

Development, setup and ongoing service are agreed around each business's needs.

Paid service categories already exist.

Public offers illustrate relevant budget categories. These are category references, not like-for-like feature comparisons or proof that their users will switch to INDOWYSS.

Operational tools / POS

Moka publishes per-outlet POS subscription plans: an example of paid operational software.

Public Moka Basic example: IDR 299,000 per outlet per month.

Software + consulting

Mekari Jurnal offers software bundled with consulting partners, including report reviews and business/financial consultation.

Public Small, Medium and Enterprise packages: IDR 2m, 3m and 4m per month; the page states a 12-month contract.

Mekari Jurnal - Partner konsultan

ERP & implementation

Odoo offers paid per-user ERP plans as well as a free option. Software and implementation needs are distinct budget components.

Odoo pricing depends on the plan and billing period. Implementation or customisation costs must be checked separately.

Odoo - Pricing

References checked on 15 October 2026. Prices, taxes, scope and terms may change. Consulting retainers and manager salaries are not equated with software subscriptions; responsibilities differ.

Market focus & scope

Start with suitable F&B businesses that can be supported. Expand into Restaurants, Retail and Showrooms around clear needs. Regular use, renewals and recorded benefits provide a basis for widening the market.

The BPS count does not mean every business is a fit, reachable or willing to pay. Buyer segments and revenue models here describe a commercial direction, not contracts or realised revenue. Integrations are assessed per implementation; no universal ready-to-use ERP connection is claimed. A serviceable market needs filters for need, willingness to pay and distribution capacity. No numerical showroom-market size is claimed.

Partnerships

Expand reach. Sustain service. Accelerate adoption.

INDOWYSS capital needs centre on distribution, marketing, server activation, maintenance and user support. Partnerships help bring the product to more businesses while maintaining dependable service.

IDR 199,000

F&B subscription / outlet / month

One subscription for the initial product ecosystem.

Distribution

Networks & marketing

Reach suitable businesses through suppliers, communities, presentations and digital channels.

Service

Servers, maintenance & support

Keep the system available, data protected and help accessible when users need it.

01

Distribution partner

Introduce INDOWYSS to suitable businesses through communities, supplier networks or business networks.

02

Implementation partner

Choose one business need, trial the workflow and evaluate results before expanding the system.

03

Investor

Support distribution and development with clear use of funds and validation milestones.

Use of funds & founder background

Support is prioritised for customer acquisition and onboarding, service infrastructure, maintenance and product development aligned with field needs. The company and team are formed as the work requires. Budgets, partnership terms and milestones are agreed transparently.
